Dan Dunleavy is the Director of Marketing for Florida Suncoast Property Management, LLC. Dan brings a wealth of business and technology knowledge to our business. Dan was previously the President/Owner of FixtoFlip Consulting where he provided Sr. Business Analyst/Project Management IT services to Global companies. Dan also was a Manager of Customer Service for Vertex Inc. where he managed 25 service representatives. He became passionate about always servicing customer’s needs and working diligently and proactively to always make them happy!

Dan’s Digital Technology experience is in SEO, Content Management, Website Development and SharePoint Site Development for: AHF Flooring, Armstrong Flooring, Armstrong World, Crowe Paradis Services Corporation, Millbrook Inc., xInnovators, RE/MAX of Reading (Realtor) and many more.

As part of Dan’s career, he has always invested in Real Estate. He had a Real Estate License in PA, invested in Real Estate in PA, DE and FL for over 20 years. He has managed the leasing process, agreements and provided consulting services to many realtors throughout the years. He is very passionate about real estate investing and believes in trust, loyalty and always putting the customer first.

Dan has become an expert in Real Estate IRA (Self Directed IRAs) and would be glad to share his knowledge with you. He has invested through Self Directed IRA for several years and understands how to purchase real estate through this IRA.
