| LEASING GUARANTEE We certify that you will NEVER have to pay 2 leasing fees in the same 12 month period. Your tenant(s) will stay 12 months, or we will find a replacement at no additional charge. |
| VENDOR GUARANTEE Florida Suncoast Property Management, LLC guarantees all vendors, who do work on your property, will be licensed and insured. |
| REALTOR GUARANTEE If a realtor provides us with a property owner referral that becomes a property management customer, you will receive a referral fee from us. Should they decide to sell their home in the future, we will immediately direct that customer back to you to be their real estate listing agent! We feel this is the right way to do business and we value our realtor business relationship! |
