  1. There is a lack of communication by your Venice Property Management Company! Does your Venice property manager return your calls? If there is a major maintenance issue and does your property manager keep you well informed.

Any repairs under $300 are approved by our Venice Property Manager, and repairs over $300, our Property Manager will call the owner for approval on the repair.

A property owner should not have to be requesting a month to month bookkeeping of their investment property. The property management firm should be proactive with utilizing top of the line technology so you can get accurate and timely information.

As a property owner, do you feel your margin of profit per property is shrinking? Many Property Management Companies will charge a markup fee for managing your property maintenance issues.
